Position Summary:
The Data Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of service data
- Oversee data entry, client record management, and quality checks
- Lead and manage data clerks, providing regular training and education
- Enforce compliance with BreastScreen Victoria policies and protocols
- Perform high-level data entry and analysis for breast cancer diagnosis cases
- Provide statistical reports and analyses to meet program requirements
- Contribute to service quality improvements and compliance efforts
- Collaborate with clinicians and attend relevant meetings
