Selection Criteria:
We are looking for someone who has: A tertiary degree in communications or a related field and/or demonstrated success in a similar role. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for crafting compelling content. Experience in planning, creating, and managing content across various channels, demonstrating your ability to engage audiences. Capability of leading communications programs with multiple stakeholders and partners from across the organisation and industry. Proactive and self-starting approach, excelling both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proven ability to work effectively with staff at all levels, fostering positive relationships.

Position Summary:
We are looking for someone who has proven experience in developing and implementing successful communications strategies with diverse communities and using data to deliver a best practice approach.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the BreastScreen Victoria team and to lead exciting initiatives to increase brand and program awareness as well as participation in the breast screening program.
The work you will do, will contribute to reducing the impact of breast cancer and save lives through early detection.
