Manage the administration of Microsoft 365 environment and provide Level 3 Support to BSV users for 12 months.

  • Selection Criteria:
    To be successful in the role, you will have the following: • Solid experience in Data Centre management, Windows Networking, VMWARE suite, M365 & backup system • Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills • Excellent written skills including experience preparing technical user guidelines and procedures; statement of works; and change requests. • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related field.

The work you will do, will contribute to reducing the impact of breast cancer and save lives through early detection We are currently seeking a Systems Administrator to join the IT Operations team, and manage the data centre infrastructure including virtual environment and storage.

     

    About the role

    As the Systems Administrator you will manage the administration of the Microsoft 365 environment including email system (Exchange Hybrid on-premise and on MS365); sharepoint, one drive, Trend Micro Email Gateway, Microsoft Endpoint configuration Manager and Microsoft Operations Manager.

    The role also provides level 3 service desk support and support set-up of new servers and virtual environments. The role also includes project work required to undertake upgrades and updates; and remediate incidents.

    There will be requirement for planned after hours work and some travel to our sites across Victoria as part of this role.
