Our Contact Centre will be closed from 5 pm Tuesday the 24th of December and will reopen at 8:30 am on Thursday the 2nd of January. Clinics have different opening hours over the holiday period. You can still book online during this time.
When booking your appointment, please note that if it is before the holidays, closures will affect how long it will take to get your results. The turnaround time increases from two weeks to up to four weeks. If you are called back for further tests, the times of these appointments will vary between December and February.
If you plan to go away for the holidays, we recommend you screen after you return in case we need to call you back for further testing. This will avoid scheduling conflicts and unnecessary stress and anxiety while you're on holiday.
