Held at the Melbourne Multicultural hub, next to Queen Victoria Market, the BreastScreen Victoria Board Strategic Planning Day took place on Monday 12 April—setting the next steps for the development of the new Strategic Plan 2021-25.
The day was an opportunity for our Board, Executive Team and consumer representatives to consider all the feedback and data from the consultation process which included a survey and focus groups with staff, partner organisations and consumers.
The group refined the vision, purpose and strategic priorities of the plan going forward, with the plan to be launched in July 2021.
