Serena Williams releases video singing 'I Touch Myself' for BCNA

In case you haven’t seen it yet, tennis star Serina Williams posted a video of herself singing the Divinyl song ‘I touch myself’ as a reminder to women to check their breasts regularly.

Williams’ explains in her Instagram post that the video was created as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month to honour "celebrated diva" and The Divinyls lead singer Chrissy Amphlett, who died from breast cancer in 2013.

“Yes, this put me out of my comfort zone, but I wanted to do it because it’s an issue that affects all women of all colors, all around the world. Early detection is key - it saves so many lives. I just hope this helps to remind women of that,” Williams said.
