Selection Criteria:
We are looking for someone who has:
- A tertiary degree in communications, marketing or a related field and/or demonstrated success in a similar role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, and able to adapt quickly in response to changing circumstance.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for crafting compelling content that resonates with our internal audience.
- Proven experience using various production tools to create visual content with a strong understanding of design principles.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting competing timelines.
- Proactive and self-starting approach, excelling both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Position Summary:
If this sounds like you, BreastScreen Victoria is looking for a motivated and passionate Internal Communications Coordinator to join the Communications and Client Engagement team in Carlton on a 12 month full-time fixed-term basis.
We are looking for an excellent writer, with proven experience in creating written and visually engaging content for our internal staff. This role focuses on content development for a range of communication channels and platforms, including our intranet and newsletters.
Additionally, this role overseas corporate communication, including the development and distribution of our annual and financial reports, and other strategic organisational documents.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the BreastScreen Victoria team and to lead engaging internal communications initiatives. Your ability to build and nurture strong relationships with staff from across the state and within the BreastScreen Coordination Unit will see you thrive in this role.
