    We are looking for an #AMAZING content producer and social media guru to join our team in Carlton.


    The BreastScreen Victoria team

    We offer breast screening services for breast cancer - clients are at the heart of the work we do to reduce the impact of breast cancer and save lives through early detection.

    We have 46 breast screening clinics across Victoria including eight Reading and Assessment Services and two mobile screening vans.

    Together, our people play a crucial role in making sure clients receive a high-quality service and feel supported at every step—from hearing about our service, to making a booking, getting a screen, and then right through to assessment.

    The opportunity

    This exciting role is part of BreastScreen Victoria’s (BSV) Engagement & Communications team and oversees BSV’s social media content creation, development of resources and publications and is responsible for coordinating BSV’s participation at key events.

    In this role, you will be responsible for writing, editing, and delivering engaging and innovative social media content to reach our growing consumer audience on these platforms. 

    The role also coordinates and manages BSV’s creative services suppliers, including graphic design, illustrations, translations, copywriting, photography and videography.

    About you

    You will bring fresh ideas and fun ways of communicating important messages about our work, our people and our partners. The content should be led by video and be driven by trends in social media.  

    We are looking for someone with:

    • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
    • A creative thinker who has a passion for developing engaging digital content that connects brands and services with audiences
    • Experience using social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
    • Impeccable writing skills
    • Understanding of the print and design production process
    • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners
    • Knowledge of social media and marketing trends
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes
