    We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to lead, motivate and inspire our Client Contact Officers in our contact centre.

     

    About the role:

    As the Client Contact Team Leader, you will provide direction and support to a team of Client Contact Officers, who are primarily the first point of contact for BSV clients looking to book appointments in a multi-channel environment.  Working alongside other Team Leaders, the role is responsible for both the team and individual performance to meet Key Performance Indicators and the wider business objectives.

     

    We want you to be able to identify opportunities and take action to help improve our service for eligible Victorians and our other key stakeholders including BSV Screening Service Providers and Reading and Assessment Services.

    Our position description details your key responsibilities, which include:

    • Team leadership
    • Performance, coaching and development of your team
    • Workforce planning, reporting and analysis
    • Capacity and clinic fill support
    • Recruitment and training, and
    • Other operational and day to day responsibilities associated with management of a hybrid in office and work from home team.

    This opportunity is offered on a full-time 12 month (maximum term) contract basis. 

     

    About you:

     

    To be successful in this role, you must have a strong desire to lead and motivate your team to help BreastScreen Victoria continue to deliver our outstanding screening service to all eligible Victorians.

     

    Your application will need to demonstrate:

     

    • success in leading a team in a fast-paced environment to achieve KPIs
    • the ability to initiate successful strategies to engage and motivate a team
    • experience in embracing and driving change initiatives
    • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
