Project Manager

Position: Information Management Framework

BSV are currently seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of our Information Management Framework (IMF). In doing this you will provide technical support and capability to ensure delivery of the project and will manage agreed staffing resources, which include Business Analyst and Business Architect skills to achieve the agreed outcomes of the project within the timeframe. 

The project will deliver the agility and responsiveness that will keep BSV on the forefront of changes in technology, government policy and research in breast cancer screening. The IMF will deliver the following outcomes to:

  • improve the agility and efficiency of access to BSV data and information.
  • implement an IMF to support the planning and delivery of a high quality breast screen service for the benefit of eligible Victorian women.
  • establish and implement a robust Data Governance Framework to ensure and support information security, information privacy and appropriate use of data
  • identify and develop BSV capability and capacity to achieve best practice in information management.
  • develop and enhance the BSV information management platform to support business reporting requirements.

To be successful you will have experience and knowledge in Data Governance, a proven track record in managing information projects in large complex organisations, and experience in delivering Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse Solutions.

This full time role is offered on a fixed term contract basis (for 18 months) with a possibility of ongoing employment.
