Position: Team Leader

BSV are seeking a Team Leader to join our Contact Centre that is responsible for Client Contact, including the invitation and appointment booking processes for Victorian women.

Your role will be to lead, motivate and provide guidance to a small team of dedicated consultants to meet key contact centre measures and identify opportunities to improve our service to Victorian women and other key stakeholders

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven strong customer service focus and experience
  • Previous experience leading and developing a team
  • Demonstrated understanding of contact centre metrics 
  • Previous exposure to both inbound and outbound contact centre environments
  • Proficiencies in Microsoft Office suite and ability to master “in-house” client management systems.
