The Board of Management oversees the BreastScreen program in Victoria. It meets at least four times a year.

The Board of Management is advised by a number of subcommittees, which assist the Board in its decision-making and provide expert advice on various issues.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee deals with urgent matters, makes decisions or takes action within existing policy parameters between regular meetings of the Board. It comprises four members of the BreastScreen Board including the chairperson, the treasurer and two ordinary members, and the Chief Executive Officer of the BreastScreen Coordination Unit.
